NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Monday, April 26, 2010
at 6:00 p.m.
City Hall Conference Room
1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Call meeting to order by Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of the March 29th and March 31st, 2010 meeting minutes
5. Public Input/Correspondence
6. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Elect Chairperson
b) Invoice from Vernon Warrichaiet for grass cutting on City property
c) Routing and scheduling for refuse collection
d) Review of Proposed Budget for 2010 street construction
e) Curb and Gutter widths from Huron & Superior Avenues (Exist 45’)
f) Request from Superintendant of Public Works to prohibit contractors from dumping
debris at Transfer Station
g) Disposition of remaining sidewalk on south side of Charles Street (CTH Y)
h) Award crack filling for 2010 to Crack Filling Services, Inc, ($14,000)
i) Request from Pagel golf outing committee to close Porter Avenue from Jefferson
Street to Adam Street on August 14, 2010 for golf outing
j) Discussion on speed zones on entrances to City referred form P&F Commission
k) Request from Betty Wagner to refute cost comparison from March meeting
7. Review accounts payable report in the amount of $24,021.36
8. Review revenue/expense guidelines
9. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
10. Next meeting date and time
11. Adjournment
