OCONTO POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION
MONDAY, MAY 10, 2010
AT 6:00 P.M.
OCONTO CITY HALL, TRAINING ROOM
1210 MAIN STREET, OCONTO, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all new media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Fulton
2. Election of President and Vice President
3. Roll Call
4. Approval of agenda

5. Commission may vote at approximately 6:02 p.m. to convene into Closed session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) and (g) for discussion on negotiation strategy with the Wage & personnel Committee and Atty. Kalny.

6. Commission may vote at approximately 7:00 p.m. to reconvene into Open session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.

7. Approval of minutes as typed from the 04/12/2010 meeting

8. Public Input/Correspondence

9. Discussion/action/updates on the following:
a. Interview Scheduling
b. Squad Update
c. Policy Review
d. Car Lockouts
e. Engine #1 – Offer to Purchase
f. Report on Fire Chief Recruitment
g. Promotional Process for Lieutenant Position

10. Review/recommendation on Police, Fire and Ambulance dept reports

11. Review expense and revenue department reports
