3:45 p.m. Plan Commission members MAY go as a group to inspect the property at 1791 Yacht Club Road, Oconto, WI.


4:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING before the PLAN COMMISSION for the City of Oconto for the following:


Discussion on request from the Oconto Yacht Club for a conditional use permit to allow members who own boats at the Oconto Yacht Club to park a motor home or camper on the property during the boating season pursuant to City of Oconto Municipal Code SEC 13-1-52. Request states that the Oconto Yacht will not allow any more than three campers or motor homes parked on the property during the boating season.


Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
Immediately following the Public Hearing will be a meeting of the Plan Commission with the following agenda:

Territorial Jurisdiction pursuant to City of Oconto Municipal Code
SEC 14-1-37 for Lot 1, Bay Shore Woods Subdivision, Town of
Oconto.
