NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Monday, September 27, 2010
at 6:00 p.m.
City Hall Conference Room
1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Meeting to order by Chairperson Hayes
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of the August 30, 2010 meeting minutes
5. Public Input/Correspondence
6. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Request from Park Board to approve proposed Phase 1 with marked bicycled lanes on
appropriate streets;
b) Evergreen Street/Cook Avenue intersection layout;
c) Request from Chamber of Commerce to close the south side of Park Avenue from
Main Street to Madison Street and Main Street from Park Avenue to Erie Avenue on
Saturday December 11, 2010 for a Christmas parade;
d) Final pay request for United Construction for contract OC-10-D, curb & gutter and
sidewalk construction;
e) Award of bid for contract OC-10-E, sidewalk construction on southeast side;
f) Tentative maintenance agreement with Town of Little River for 0.5 miles of
Old Highway 41 from north city limits to C.T.H. S;
7. Review accounts payable report in the amount of $29,944.32
8. Review revenue/expense guidelines
9. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
10. Next meeting date and time
11. Adjournment
