NOTICE OF Meeting of the

Redevelopment Authority Commission

Tuesday, October 19th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

AGENDA

This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Redevelopment Authority Commission members: Jack Maas, Jim Lacourciere, Russ Young, Bill Gallagher, Jr., and John Lasley.

1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Fulton

2. Election of Chairperson

3. Roll call

4. Approval of agenda as presented.

5. Correspondence/Public Input

6. RDA may vote at approximately 4:02 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) regarding project application #RDA 2010-01.

7. RDA may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 5:00 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
19.85[2] for the remainder of the agenda.

8. Discussion/recommendation on RDA # 2010-01.

9. Next meeting date and future agenda items.

10. Adjourn.
