Notice of Meetings for

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, 2010

City Hall - 1210 Main Street – Oconto, WI 54153
AGENDA
These will be open meetings and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the agenda were available for inspection at the office of Administrator and on the City’s website calendar: www.cityofoconto.com

4:30 p.m. Finance Committee (Jack Maas, Dick Doeren, Ed Young, Roger Reed and Terri Berth) will meet in the Conference Room for the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Maas.
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.
4. Correspondence/Public Appearances
5. Discussion/recommendation on:

a. Recommendation from BPW on Draft Agreement & Contract for the use of the County Recycling Truck.

b. Recommendation on budgetary adjustment for payment of medicare on firemen’s wages per IRS compliance audit.

c. Listing of accounts payables for $ 405,721.05 payroll for $118,233.63; and financial reports.
6. Adjourn.

5:00 Committee of the Whole in the Council Chambers with the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of the agenda
4. Public Appearances and/or Correspondence

5. Discussion/recommendation on:

a. Airport land acquisition.

b. Review of 2011 proposed budgets.

Recommendations from Finance Committee

c. Draft Agreement & Contract for the use of the County Recycling Truck.

d. Budgetary adjustment for payment of medicare on firemen’s wages per IRS compliance audit.

e. Listing of accounts payables for $ 405,721.05 payroll for $118,233.63; and financial reports.

Recommendations from Board of Public Works

f. Approve of proposed Phase 1 with mark bicycle lanes on appropriate streets.

g. Approve of snowmobile route, same as last year, as requested from Lena Snow Drifter Club.

h. Approve of draft ordinance to allow ATV’s to plow snow pursuant to Wisconsin ACT 367.

i. Approve of 5-year Capital Improvement Program.

Recommendation from Oconto Utility Commission

j. Final pay request from Terra Engineering (Railroad Interceptor Lining) for $7,698.25.

k. Listing of applications for an operator’s license and Temporary Class B licenses.

l. Accept letter of resignation from Pamela Loberger from the Library Board.
6. Adjourn.
