Board of Appeals
Thursday, April 2nd, 2009

Council Chambers, City Hall, 1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153


4:15 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Sue Exworthy, Chairperson, Ron Hayes, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor and Dick Doeren, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect 200 Smith Avenue, Oconto on the requests for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.


4:30 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Rob French, for property he owns at 200 Smith Avenue, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-22(b) which states not more than one (1) principal building or use and its accessory buildings or uses may be located on a lot. At present time there are two principal structures, a residence and a commercial building; also the property cannot meet minimum lot size requirements to divide property into two parcels.

Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
