Addendum to the
Notice of the
Regular Council Meeting
Tuesday, December 14th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m.

AGENDA
This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the agenda were available for inspection at the office of Clerk/Treasurer and on the City’s
Website calendar: www.cityofoconto.com

Mayor Fulton has added the following to the agenda:

1. Council may vote at approximately 6:30 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) for discussion on the Developer’s Agreement for Bayside Senior Apartments, LLC.

2. Council may vote at approximately 7:00 p.m. to reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.

3. Discussion/action on Developer’s Agreement for Bayside Senior Apartments, LLC.

4. Discussion/action on recommendation from Wage & Personnel that Jaime Schlueter be hired effective 1/4/2011 for the Public Works Department.
5. Adjournment.
