a. Recommendation from BPW to purchase used grader for $63,000.00.
b. Proposals received for monitoring well installations.
c. 4th of July Fireworks – Five Star Fireworks - $5,000.
d. Listing of accounts payables for $379,679.33; payroll for $119,299.74; and financial reports.
e. Deny recommendation from CEC Committee amending the Housing Code creating a section of Occupancy Permits.
f. Listing of applications for operator’s and Temporary Class B licenses.
g. Mayor’s appointment of Gary Bancroft to the Board of Public Works to fulfill term of Scott Stewart; said term to expire 4/19/2011; and Jessica Honish to the Farnsworth Library Board to fulfill term of Pam Loberger said term to expire 7/1/2011.
9. Discussion/action on:
a. Recommendation from Plan Commission on CSM submitted by Paul Shallow for Tom and Lisa Shallow.
b. Recommendation from Plan Commission on CSM submitted by Paul Shallow for Jamie and Rebecca Schlueter.
c. Recommendation from Harbor Commission to approve Final Pay Request #10 to McMullen & Pitz in the amount of $44,000.20.

d. Recommendation from Harbor Commission to approve Change Order #8 which reflects the formal deletion of materials purchased by the city plus miscellaneous credits.
e. Recommendation from Harbor Commission to approve Certificate of Substantial Completion.
f. Recommendation on addendum to Fire contract from Wage & Personnel.

10. February Committee of the Whole meeting: Tuesday, 2/1/2011
