This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Approval of minutes 1/6/2011 meeting.

6. Committee may vote to convene into closed session at approximately 4:05
p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c), (e) & (g) for discussion on the position of Building Inspector.

8. Committee may vote to reconvene into open session at approximately
4:20 p.m. for the remainder of the agenda

9. Discussion on draft table of contents for an employee handbook.

10. Draft of Voluntary Leave Without Pay Program.

11. Discussion/recommendation amending ordinance for city attorney and
compensation for this position.

12. Discussion/recommendation on Draft job description from Kale Proksch,
Park & Recreation Director for a Recreation Intern (Limited Term) which
was budgeted for in the 2011 budget.
