Notice of Spec Mtg, Monday, February 21, 2011 for the Oconto Airport Commission at the J. Douglas Bake Memorial Airport; 2983 Airport Rd; Oconto, WI 54153

Will be an open mtg and notice has been given @ least 24 hrs prior.

2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda
4. Airport commission may vote at approx 9:05 a.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility.
5. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approx 10 a.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.
6. Adjourn.
