Notice of Public Hearing & Meeting
For the
Board of Appeals

Thursday, May 26th, 2011

Council Chambers, City Hall, 1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153


3:45 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Ron Hayes, Chairperson, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor, Dick Doeren, Rob Lane, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect 818 Main Street, Oconto on the request for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.


4:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Vincent and Debbie Crivello, 818 Main Street, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-46 (g)(2) which states when abutting residential and conservancy, the setback is twenty (20) feet; when abutting industrial or commercial properties, no setback is required. They are abutting a residential zoned property.

Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.


Immediately following the public hearing the Board of Appeals meeting will be as follows:

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Ron Hayes.

2. Roll Call
