Public Hearing
For the
Board of Appeals
Tuesday, September 13th, 2011

Conference Room, City Hall, 1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153


3:45 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Ron Hayes, Chairperson, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor, Dick Doeren, Rob Lane, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect 237 Cook Avenue, Oconto on the request for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances for a Gazebo for Keystone Development, LLC.


4:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in the Conference Room, at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Cal Schultz, Bayshore Senior Apartments 237 Cook Avenue for a variance from City Ordinance Sec.13-1-200(b) Accessory Uses or Structures to construct a 12’x12’ Gazebo in the required front yard setback. City Ordinance Sec. 13-1-200(b) states no detached accessory building shall occupy any portion of the required front yard setback.

Any and all persons or their agents for or again will be heard.

Immediately following the public hearing the Board of Appeals meeting will be as follows:


1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Ron Hayes.
2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda

4. Public Appearances/Correspondence

5. Deliberation and decision by the Board of Appeals on Request from Cal Schultz, Bayshore Senior Apartments 237 Cook Avenue for a variance from City Ordinance Sec.13-1-200(b) Accessory Uses or Structures to construct a 12’x12’ Gazebo in the required front yard setback.
