AGENDA
This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory member Jack Maas.

1. Meeting called to order

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input
a. Downtown Economics

5. Discussion with Steve Payant regarding the city owned property, formerly k/n/a the Kelly Pickle property.

6. Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 8:30 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
19.85(1) (e) for discussion on recommendation from the Industrial
Development Loan Committee on an application for the Revolving Loan
Program.

7. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice
duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) at approximately 8:50
a.m. for possible recommendation to Council on application received
for the Revolving Loan Program.


8. Next meeting date and future agenda items.

9. Adjourn.
