IDC Loan Committee Minutes

Minutes of the Industrial Development Loan Committee meeting held on Monday, April 20th, 2009 at city hall pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Doeren at 7:35 a.m.
2. Roll call: Dick Doeren, Mike Trepanier and Mayor Nerenhausen. Linda Belongia, Administrator and as recording secretary also present.
3. Moved by Trepanier seconded by Mayor to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 3 ayes
4. No correspondence or public input.
5. Chairperson Doeren stated the IDC loan committee may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) for consideration on RLF # 09-01.
Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to convene into Closed Session at 7:35 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 3 ayes

6. Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to reconvene into Open Session at 7:53 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 3 ayes

7. Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to adjourn. M/C
