Airport Meeting Minutes

SPECIAL MEETING
J. DOUGLAS BAKE MEMORIAL AIRPORT
MAY 19TH2009
1.) Meeting called to order at I:00 P.M.
2.) Roll Call: Gamer, Steve, Jerry, Jim and Eileen. Kevin Hamannwas also in attendance.
3.) Approval of Agenda. Jim moved to approve. Seconded by Steve. Carried.
4.) Discussion held on hangar specifications. After bids were discussed, Jim moved to accept bid ITom
US Structures. Steve seconded. Carried. Bid was $28,974.00
5.) Role of Manager, Common Labor and Commission: Manager is to carry out directives ITom
Commissioners and perform regular duties of airport management. Steve moved to hire Clifford Duffeck
and Wayne Devener as primary Common Labor. Jerry seconded. Carried. Can have back-ups, but they
need to fill out forms for payroll deductions the same as primary labor. Eileen will present names of
persons that apply. Kevin advised to set policy for Petty Cash fund with Linda. Any volunteers need
documentation. All Commissioners mediate policy.
6.) Adjourn: Jim moved to adjourn. Steve seconded. Carried. Meeting adjourned at 2:20 P.M.
