Special meeting minutes of the Harbor Commission held on June 9, 2009

1.) Meeting called to order by Ken Hayes @ 4:05 p.m.
2.) Roll Call: Members Present: Ken Hayes, Dick Doeren, William Pries, Ellis Mercier, John Mick. Others Present: Kale Proksch, Cletus Beaudin, Raoul Zerbe.
3.) Approval of Agenda: Motion by Doeren second by Mercier to approve of agenda as presented. 5 ayes M/C.
4.) Correspondence: Kale review mooring lease @ next meeting. Dick Doeren stated August 9th Sheboygan Walleye tourney.
5.) Public Input: None.
6.) Discussion/possible recommendation/updates on the following:
a.)Review Harbor Slip Rates: Table to next month meeting. City of Oconto Harbor
charges $40.00; Hi Seas $42.00
b.) FLW Tournament Agreement: OK.
c.) Complimentary Room Reservation(s) for FLW: OK.
d.) Pavilion rental fee for FLW tournament: OK.
e.) Launching fees for participants of FLW tournament: Motion by Doeren second by
Pries to agree to accept current agreement. 5 ayes M/C.
7.) Adjournment: Motion by Mercier second by Doeren to adjourn at 4:48 p.m. 5 ayes M/C.
