We have been notified by the Contractor that will be doing the work on Michigan Avenue that he is anticipating moving equipment, materials and crews in on Monday July 20, 2009 to begin construction. He intends to start at the intersection of Pecor Street and Michigan Avenue. Pecor Street will be closed for a short period of time until the sewer work through the intersection is completed. A detour will be established. After the work is completed on Michigan Avenue from Pecor Street to Main Street, work will begin on Michigan Avenue from Madison Street to the north. All work except bituminous paving should be completed by October 31, 2009.
