NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Monday, July 27, 2009
at 6:00 p.m.
City Hall Conference Room
1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Call meeting to order by Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of June 29, 2009 meeting minutes
5. Public Input:
6. Correspondence:
a) William Cook
b) Senator Hansen
c) League of Wisconsin Municipalities
7. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Recommendation to Finance on Collecting Fees for Street Construction Done
on Parcel No. 265-32-20062078, 710 Fifth Street, Oconto, WI 54153
b) Request for Variance for Driveway Apron at County Recycling Center
c) Request for Additional Driveway Opening at LeTourneau Plastics, Inc.
d) Bids Received for Public Works Building
e) Intersection Safety Evaluation for Superior Avenue and Main Street
f) Underground Electric along S.T.H. 22
g) Contract Change Order for Additional Utility and Street Work on S.T. H. 22
h) Proposed Sidewalk Criteria
i) Detour of STH 22 from Cook Avenue to Howard Lane.
8. Review accounts payable report
9. Review revenue/expense guidelines
10. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
11. Next meeting date and time
