This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all new media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

4.) Approval of minutes as typed from the 8/20/09, 8/31/09 and 9/3/09 meetings
5.) Public Input/Correspondence
6.) Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 6:05 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1) (e) for review of public funds on contracting for an Interim Fire Chief.
7.) Commission may vote to convene into Open Session at approximately 6:30 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85 (2) for the remainder of the agenda.
8.) Discussion/action on Position of Interim Fire Chief
9.) Discussion/action/updates on the following:
a. Employee access to Police and Fire Departments
b. Town of Little River Fire Invoice
c. Park Benches on Main Street (Referred from Park & Rec Committee)
d. Training Information from Full/Part-time Fire Fighters
e. Budget Review
10.) Review/recommendation on Police, Fire and Ambulance dept reports
11.) Review/approval on listing of accounts payables for Police, Fire and Ambulance for a total of $4,238.78 and financial reports
12.) Review expense and revenue dept. reports
13.) Report on meetings/conferences/seminars attended
14.) Adjournment
