This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all new media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1.) Meeting called to order by President
2.) Roll Call
3.) Approval of agenda
4.) Approval of minutes as typed from the 11/09/09 meeting
5.) Public Input/Correspondence
6.) Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 6:01 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) for discussion on the position of the Interim Fire Chief.
7.) Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 6:30 p.m. pursuant to notice duly give and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.
8.) Discussion/action/updates on the following:
a. Position of Interim Fire Chief
b. Request to Change Speed Limit on Brazeau Avenue
c. Car 1 – Chevrolet Suburban
d. EMS Callback Procedure
9.) Review/recommendation on Police, Fire and Ambulance dept reports
10.) Review/approval on listing of accounts payables for Police, Fire and
Ambulance for a total of $15,046.19.
11.) Review expense and revenue dept. reports
12.) Report on meetings/conferences/seminars attended
13.) Adjournment
