Minutes from the Wage & Personnel Committee Meeting held on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 4:40 p.m. by Chairperson Schreiber.

2. Roll call: Al Schreiber, Jack Maas, Marlene Zahn, Jim Stiloski and John Wittkopf.
Also present: Mayor Nerenhausen, Atty. Kalny and Linda Belongia, Administrator and as recording secretary.

3. Moved by Stiloski seconded by Maas to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes

4. No correspondence or public input.



5. Chairperson Schreiber stated the committee may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis.
Stats. 19.85(1) (e) & (g) for discussion on public employees that the
governing body has jurisdiction over regarding negotiations for the
Teamster Contracts.

Moved by Wittkopf seconded by Zahn to convene into Closed Session at 4:41 p.m.
Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote. 5 ayes

Closed Session

6. Moved by Stiloski seconded by Zahn to reconvene into Open Session at
7:35 p.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes
