Police & Fire Commission

Monday, February 15th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

AGENDA

This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

1. Meeting called to order by President Olson.

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. At approximately 4:01 p.m. the Police & Fire Commission may vote to
convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed
by Wis. Stats. 19.85(c), (e) & (g) to confer with legal counsel regarding possible litigation, discuss matters related to negotiation strategy and the Interim Fire Chief Position.

6. At approximately 5:00 p.m. the Police & Fire Commission may vote to
reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice duly given and as
allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2).

7. Adjourn.
