NOTICE OF Meeting of the
Industrial Development Commission

Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 8:00 a.m.

City Hall, Conference Room

1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153
AGENDA
This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

8:00 a.m. agenda as follows:

1. Meeting called to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 1/11/2010 and 2/2/2010 meetings.

5. Correspondence/Public Input


6. Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately
8:03 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
19.85[1] [e] for the following:

a. Request for funding through the Revolving Loan Fund

b. Update on other requests for funding

c. Financial report on existing Revolving Loan Fund Loans.

7. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 8:45 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
19.85[2] for the remainder of the agenda.

8. Discussion/possible recommendation on RLF #2010-02.

9. Discussion/possible recommendation/action on:

a. Response on letters sent to realtors regarding the former Kelly Pickle
Property.

b. Request from OCEDC for participation with the 2010 Economic Development Co-operative marketing participation in the amount of
$2,000.

c. Request from NEW North for renewed commitment with a financial investment of $3,000.

10. Next meeting date and future agenda items.

11. Adjourn.
