NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT AN ELECTION IS TO BE HELD IN THE City of Oconto, on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, and the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term for Mayor and alderpersons begins on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Terms for City Attorney and Municipal Judge begin on May 1st, 2010. All terms are for two years.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in the office of the City Clerk.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, it will be held on
Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
