AGENDA

This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.


At 4:00 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee will meet for the following:

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. The Committee may vote to convene into Closed Session at approx 4:01 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85 (c),
(e) & (g) for confirmation with legal counsel and for negotiation strategy with the Police & Fire Commission.


5:30 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee will meet with the Oconto Firefighter’s Local 2739 for discussion on public employees that the governing body has jurisdiction over regarding negotiations.


6. Committee may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approx. 6:30 p.m.

7. Scheduling meeting for discussion with department heads regarding residency requirement for seasonal employees and city attorney position.

8. Adjournment
