Minutes of the Plan Commission Meeting of April 13, 2010

Meeting called to order by Mayor Nerenhausen at 4:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Present Mayor Nerenhausen, Matravers, Bake, Werner, Mommaerts, Proksch. Excused Fulton. Also present Ron Banach.

Moved by Bake, second by Werner to approve agenda.

No correspondence or public input.

Moved by Werner second by Matravers to approve Certified Survey Map for Thomas & Bobbie J. Christopherson subject to Oconto County approval. All in favor 6. Opposed 0.

Discussion regarding amending Animal Ordinance.
It was the general opinion that the ordinance could be made more clear if it was revised to read “It shall be unlawful to keep more than A TOTAL OF two animals”. However no action was taken. It was felt by the majority of the Commission that the person requesting the change in the ordinance should apply for a kennel license.

Moved by Werner second by Proksch to deny the request for a change in the animal control ordinance and the City Clerk should contact the person requesting the change and explain the procedure for applying for a kennel license. All in favor 6. Opposed 0

Motion to adjourn by Bake second by Matravers. All in favor 6. Opposed 0. Motion carried.
