This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all new media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator and on the city website: www.cityofoconto.com.

3.) Approval of agenda
4.) Public Input/Correspondence
5.) Discussion/action on:

a. Consulting Agreement with Best Practice Research & Planning LLC.
b. Request for payout of accumulated vacation and sick pay from Jack Mlnarik
c. Fulltime and POC Firefighter positions.

6.) Commission will recess until 6:00 p.m. for the Inaugural Ceremony for Fire Chief
Jack L. Mlnarik to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room.
