This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw, Pete Nelson and advisory members Jack Maas and Rob Lane.

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 5/27/2010 meeting.

5. Correspondence/Public Input

6. Discussion with Jerry Murphy, NEW North on how best to put together a
package on the industries and businesses we have so NEW North can help us “sell” Oconto.

7. Next meeting date: Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 6th, 2010 at 8 a.m.

8. Adjourn.
