IDC Minutes

Minutes of the Industrial Development Commission meeting held on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 8 a.m. by Chairperson Doeren.
2. Roll call: Dick Doeren, Mike Trepanier, Wayne Bostwick, Vern Panske, Ken DePouw, Pete Nelson and advisory members Jack Maas and Rob Lane. Excused: Howard Schaden. Also present: Mayor Fulton and Linda Belongia Administrator and as recording secretary.
3. Moved by DePouw seconded by Panske to approve of the agenda as presented.
4. No correspondence or public input
5. Chairperson Doeren stated the commission may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the following: RLF # 2010-02; Update on other funding requests; Financial report on existing RLF loans.
Moved by Trepanier seconded by Bostwick to convene into Closed Session at 8:02 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote.
6 ayes – voting members and 2 ayes advisory members

Closed Session

6. Moved by DePouw seconded by Panske to reconvene into Open Session at 8:40 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. M/C

7. Moved by Trepanier seconded by Bostwick to recommend to Council to grant a RLF loan to 2010-02 per the terms of the loan agreement approved by Atty. Frank Calvert.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 6 ayes

8. No meeting date set for July at this time, if needed can contact chair.
9. Moved by Trepanier seconded by DePouw to adjourn. M/C
