5. The Committee may vote to convene into Closed Session at approx 4:31 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85
(c), (e) & (g) to meet with legal counsel, Atty. Kalny regarding negotiation
Strategy.


6. Committee may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approx. 5:30 p.m.
pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.


7. Discussion/possible action on draft of side by side comparison from Chief
Carper of Disciplinary Policy;

8. Discussion/possible action on Oconto Professional Police Association
Union Contract.
