This is an open meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all new media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

6. Commission may vote at approximately 6:05 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to allow discussion on township contract.
7. Commission may vote at approximately 6:25 p.m. to convene into Open
Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2).
8. Discussion/action/updates on the following:
a. Cadet Program
b. Policy Regarding Selection Process
c. Enforcement of Loitering on Main Street
d. Enforcement of “No Parking During School Hours”
e. Secured Key Ordinance Approval
f. Standard Operating Guidelines Approval
g. Approval of Jordan Martin to replace Allan Hockers as POC Member
h. Approval of 2 Lieutenants (Firefighters Reed and Henry)
i. Furniture Purchase (Deer Fund - $2,460.00)
j. 2011 Budgets
9. Review/recommendation on Police, Fire and Ambulance dept reports
10. Review expense and revenue department reports
11. Review/approval on listing of accounts payables for Police and Fire for a
total of $10,639.49.
12. Report on meetings/conferences/seminars attended
13. Adjournment
