PLan Commission Mts 10/5/2010

Minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held on Tuesday, October 5th, 2010 at city hall pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Fulton at 4:06 p.m.
2. Roll call: Mayor Fulton, Kale Proksch, Terri Berth, Bob Bake and John Matravers. Excused: Bob Mommaerts and Mike Werner. Also present: Ron Banach and Linda Belongia, Administrator as recording secretary.
3. Moved by Bake seconded by Matravers to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 a yes
4. No action on approval of 9/16/2010 meeting minutes as copies were not provided to the members ahead of time.
5. Discussion on CSM for Thomas Fulton, et al as submitted by Kamps Surveying; Jeff Lieuwen, surveyor present stated the changes have been made per the county’s request; Banach stated he nor Bob Mommaerts found any additional issues with the proposed CSM, except that Madson’s name is still on the CSM; Lieuwen stated that the Madson’s are still involved…is a timing issue, the CSM will be recorded before the property is sold; Madson will deed over his portion after the sale;
Moved by Matravers seconded by Bake to recommend to Com of the Whole to approve of the CSM for Thomas Fulton et al.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 4 ayes 1 abstaining – Mayor Fulton and 2 absent
6. Discussion on CSM for City of Oconto for the former Kelly Pickle property as submitted by Excel Engineering.
Belongia stated the amendments and changes have been made per the county’s recommendations; Banach and Mommaerts have reviewed the CSM and are o.k. with what is being proposed.
Moved by Bake seconded by Proksch to recommend to Com of the Whole the CSM for the City of Oconto.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes
7. Moved by Bake seconded by Berth to adjourn. M/C
