This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.


1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Hearing of a grievance filed by Larry Behnke dated June 9th, 2010.

6. Following the hearing the Wage & Personnel Committee may entertain a motion and convene into Executive Session for the purpose of deliberating regarding the above mentioned quasi-judicial hearing pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(a) Wis. Stats.

7. Following such deliberation, pursuant to 19.85(2) Wis. Stats. the Wage &
Personnel Committee may reconvene in regular session and may
announce its decision and/or address any other matters on the agenda.

8. Accept resignation from Jim Younger, effective 12/26/2010.
