AGENDA


This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Approval of minutes 12/9/2010 meeting.

6. Discussion/recommendation on request from Fire Chief Mlnarik regarding
vacation language in the fire contract.

7. Committee may vote to convene into closed session at approximately 4:00
p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c), (e) & (g) for discussion on the position of Building Inspector.

8. Committee may vote to reconvene into open session at approximately
4:30 p.m. for the remainder of the agenda

9. Discussion/possible recommendation on sample language establishing a
Furlough policy.

10. Discussion/action/possible recommendation on city attorney position.

11. Discussion on future agenda items and municipal code defining the
Wage & Personnel Committee.
