Wage & Personnel Committee

AGENDA

This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber
2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.
4. Correspondence/Public Input
5. Approval of minutes 2/10/2011 meeting.

6. Report from Atty. Calvert on reviewing our municipal code sections 2-2-5(f) and 2-4-3 for duties of the Wage & Personnel on having all hires coming through W&P, including background checks.

7. Committee may vote to convene into closed session at approximately 4:15
p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c), for discussion on the four applications received for the three positions for Harbor Masters.

8. Committee may vote to reconvene into open session at approximately
4:40 p.m. on the applications for the Harbor Masters.

9. Committee may continue with the agenda pursuant to Wis. Stats.19.85(2)
for the remainder of the agenda.

10. Discussion/recommendation from Robert J. Mommaerts, P.E. Director of Public Services regarding hourly rate for Jim Wolfe, St., who performs the
city’s survey and construction staking.
