Spec Council Minutes 6/6/2011

Minutes of the Special Council meeting held on Tuesday, June 6th, 2011 pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Mayor Fulton called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

2. Roll call: Mayor Fulton, Ed Young, John Wittkopf, Al Schreiber, Joe Stiloski, Marlene Zahn, Dick Doeren, Terri Berth, Jack Maas and Atty. Calvert. Excused: Roger Reed and Joe Paluch. Also present: Jack Mlnarik, Fire Chief and Linda Belongia Administrator and as recording secretary.

3. Invocation and pledge of allegiance by Alderperson Maas.

4. Mayor asked for a motion to approve of the agenda but pulling agenda item # 6.
Moved by Wittkopf seconded by Schreiber to approve of the agenda with the pulling of agenda item # 6.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 8 ayes

5. Moved by Zahn seconded by Doeren to approve of Final Resolution for special assessments on Cook Avenue from Charles Street to Evergreen Road.
Motion carried verbal voice vote. 8 ayes


6. Item # 6 was pulled.

7. Moved by Zahn seconded by Wittkopf to adjourn. M/C
