Industrial Dev Loan Committee

Minutes of the Industrial Development Loan Committee meeting held on Wednesday, August 26th, 2009 at city hall pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 7:33 a.m. by Chairperson Doeren.
2. Roll call: Dick Doeren, Mike Trepanier and Mayor Nerenhausen.
Linda Belongia, Administrator also present as the recording secretary.
3. Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 3 ayes
4. No correspondence or public input.
5. Chairperson Doeren stated that the Loan Committee may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis.
Stats. 19.85(1) (e) for consideration on RLF#09-02.
Moved by Trepanier seconded by Mayor to convene into Closed Session at 7:34 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote. 3 ayes

Closed Session

6. Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to reconvene into Open Session at 8:05 a.m. and no recommendation to the Industrial Development Commission as further information is needed on RLF#09-02.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 3 ayes

7. Moved by Mayor seconded by Trepanier to adjourn. M/C
