This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.


4:45 p.m. Police & Fire Commission meeting will be held in the Conference Room for the following:


1. Meeting called to order by President Olson.

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 1/14/2010 & 2/15/2010.

5. Correspondence/Public Input
a. Bids rec’d on Suburban

6. Discussion/action/update:

a. Bids for squad car.

b. Expenditure, Revenue and Check register in the amt of $15,226.03.

c. Police, Fire and Ambulance Reports

7. Commission may vote at approx 5:00 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85[1][c] & [e] for

discussion on:
a. Report from Chief Carper on investigation of complaint

b. Citizen complaint

c. Police & Fire report


8. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approx. 5:50 p.m.
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85[2].


6:00 p.m. Police & Fire Commission members will move the remainder of their
meeting into the Multi-Purpose Room.


A quorum of the Council or Standing Committees of the Council maybe present for this meeting.


9. Presentation of report from Resource Management Associates on the Oconto
Police and Fire Department Audit.

10. Adjourn.
