This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting by forward the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator, Clerk/Treasurer and also at: www.cityofoconto.com

5. Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 4:01 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), (e) and (g) for consideration of employment and performance data of an employee over which the City has jurisdiction; where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session; and for discussion with legal counsel regarding matters in which the City is or is likely to become involved with on residency and personnel issues.

6. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 5:00 p.m. as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.

7. Discussion/possible action on items discussed in Closed Session.

8. Next meeting date.
