This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. The Wage & Personnel Committee may entertain motion(s) and convene into Executive Session for the purposes of: hearing or negotiating a grievance filed by the Department of Works Employees, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wis. Stats; deliberating concerning any such hearing pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (a); and, to discuss the police negotiation strategies pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (e).

6. Following Executive Session, pursuant to 19.85(2) Wis. Stats. the Wage & Personnel Committee may reconvene into regular session and may announce its decision(s) concerning matters heard or discussed in closed session and/or address any other matters on the agenda.

7. Discussion/recommendation on resignation from Jim Younger, effective
12/26/2010.

8. Discussion/recommendation on hiring Jaime Schlueter to replace Jim
Younger, with a start date of 1/4/2011.

9. Discussion/recommendation on request from Robert J. Mommaerts for
vacation time.

10. Drafts on job descriptions for city attorney and salary for this position.

11. Next meeting date and agenda items.

12. Adjournment
