NOTICE OF MEETING FOR THE PARK & REC COMMITTEE
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2nd at 5:15 P.M.
OCONTO CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS
OCONTO, WI 54153

AGENDA

This is an open meeting of the Park & Rec committee of the City of Oconto. Notice of this meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all news media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda
4. The committee may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 5:16 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for review of applicants for seasonal park and recreation positions;
5. The committee may vote to convene into Open Session at approximately 6:00 p.m. for the remainder of the agenda as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2);
6. Discussion/recommendation on:
a. Applicants to be interviewed for seasonal positions
b. Proposals for Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan
7. Adjournment
