The Airport Commission may vote at approx 9:45 a.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. for the following:

A. Wis Stats # 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

The Airport Commission may vote to convene into Open Session at approx 10 a.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for remainder of the agenda.
