NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Monday, March 28, 2011
at 6:00 p.m.
City Hall Conference Room
1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

4. Approval of the February 28, 2011 meeting minutes

a) Howard Sorenson WPS (Business 41 gas main replacement)
b) Pat Virtues Oconto County Recycling
c) WDNR Response to Budget Bill on Recycling
7. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Termination of United Construction Services Contract OC-10-E, South Side Sidewalks
b) Special Assessment Hearing, Cook Avenue Curb & Gutter - Charles St. to Evergreen St.
c) Award of Contract for Crack filling to Crack Filling Corp. not to exceed $14,000.00
d) Request from Oconto County Historical Society for Street Closures (see attachment)
e) Stenciling of inlets by Oconto High School Students Science Class
f) Purchase of new John Deere riding mower from Power Sports for $11,000.00 with trade
g) Warrants for Signal Lights at the two Intersections on Business 41
f) Review of Business 41 Plans
8. Review accounts payable report in the amount of $14,123.46.
9. Review revenue/expense guidelines
10. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
11. Next meeting date and time
12. Adjournment
