NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
Monday, April 25, 2011
at 6:00 p.m.
City Hall Conference Room
1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

7. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Presentation by Jackie Feat and Amber Van Den Huevel regarding Historic Bicycle
Pedestrian Trail
b) Request from Trail Busters to close off Harbor Road on Friday 6/10/11 from 3:00 p.m.
to 12:00 a.m.
c) Request from Lynn Stamsta to close Huron Avenue from Crivello’s parking lot to Pecor St.
d) Request from Sgt. Van Hulle to close Pecor St. from Park Ave. to Millidge on 8/2/11 for
National Night Out
e) Request to have sidewalk removed at 1719 Park Avenue
f) Request to have new sidewalk installed on west side of Ontario Ave. from Pecor St. to
Main Street
g) Termination of sidewalk on east side of Cook Avenue north of McDonald’s Restaurant
h) Request for new driveway opening at 203 School Street
i) Review of bids for reconstruction of Business 41
8. Review accounts payable report in the amount of $15,078.14
9. Review revenue/expense guidelines
10. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
11. Next meeting date and time
12. Adjournment
