This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Administrator.

5. Approval of minutes 4/7/2011 meeting.
6. Discussion/recommendation from Robert J. Mommaerts, P.E. Director of Public
Services regarding per diem for Jim Wolfe, Sr., who performs the
City’s survey and construction staking with per diem being retroactive.
7. Discussion/recommendation on part-time city hall cleaning position(s).
8. Next meeting date.
