b. Recommendation from Harbor Commission on award of
Contract A-09 to McMullen & Pitz Construction for the low bid
of $2,456,825 and approve of Change Order # 1 deducting
from the contract an estimated $509,366.

estimated deduct of $509,366.


8. Discussion/action on Resolution to correct a conflict with a
warranty deed dated 9/10/2002 for airport property.


9. Discussion on previous action by the Committee of the Whole on
January 5th, 2010 to correct any possible voting error that may
occurred regarding the motion made on the improvements to
the property owned by Randy Cain, 710 5th Street, Oconto, WI.


10. Action on improvements to the property owned by Randy Cain,
710 5th Street, Oconto, WI.
