Industrial Development Commission

AGENDA
This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw, Pete Nelson and advisory members Jack Maas and Rob Lane.

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 4/29/2010 meeting.

5. Correspondence/Public Input

7. Discussion/recommendation/update on:

a. Reader Board Sign

b. Potential development property

c. Survey results by the 7th grade students on development of the Kelly
Pickle Property.

d. Information complied by Dick Doeren on our local industries; review and possible action on how we proceed with this information per the
4/29/2010 meeting.

e. Draft meeting notes from Dick Doeren on NEW North meeting and possible action to send the notes to the Chamber of Commerce per the
4/29/2010 meeting.

f. Meeting with Jerry Murphy, NEW North, where and when.

8. Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately
8:45 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.

a. RLF # 2010-01; #RLF # 2010-02; #2010-03 and # 2010-04

b. Update on other requests for funding

c. Financial report on existing Revolving Loan Fund Loans.


9. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 9:155 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
