NOTICE OF MEETING FOR BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS

This is an open meeting of the Board of Public Works Committee of the City of Oconto.
Notice of this Meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

1. Call meeting to order by Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of the June 28, 2010 meeting minutes
5. Public Input/Correspondence
6. DISCUSSION/RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
a) Request from Steven & Lomae Andersen to park cars in terrace area after curb &
gutter is installed on Broadway Avenue and also to install mountable curb in the
area
b) Request from Ed Wilde for permission to erect signs on Copper Culture Way and
Mott Street for directions to Catholic Cemetery
c) Request from Police Department to close Pecor Street from Park Avenue to
Millage on August 3, 2010 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. for National Night Out
d) Request from Park and Recreation Committee to erect signs on all roads that will be
designated as part of the City Bike Trail
e) Request from Randy Lemke to use Brewery Pit for Field Range Activities on
Saturday August 7, 2010
f) Final pay request from Crack Filling Service Corp. for crack filling on City Streets
g) Establish no parking zone on both sides of Broadway Avenue from Bridge Street to
Frank Street on west side of tracks and 132’ south of Frank Street one east side of
tracks
h) 15 Minute Parking south side of Main Street from Millage Avenue to Park Avenue
i) Purchase of Boom Truck.
7. Review accounts payable report in the amount of $17,641.05
8. Review revenue/expense guidelines
9. Report/approval of attendance of seminars/meetings/conferences
10. Next meeting date and time
11. Adjournment
