NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Common Council for the City of Oconto to act on the rezoning request from Patrick and Debra Brennan for the following property:
Location: Parcel # 265-33-240402122
Legal Description: SEC24-T28-R21E SESE PRT SES E COM SE COR SD 40; TH West along S Line SD 40) TO E LN Smith Avenue; NELY ALG SD Avenue to SW COR L M EXC V809-P557 RD R/O/W
This parcel is approximately 10 acres and the frontage of the parcel is already zoned Highway Commercial (HC); the remainder is Residential 2 (R2). The request is to change the zoning on this parcel all to Highway Commercial (HC).
